Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through the estate's fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).

The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in GBP (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 62 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.
Derivation as chartered: one row per fee per year: the application fee for cryptoasset registration and for FSMA authorisation by category, the annual periodic fee with its minimum and its income bands, the approver-permission application fee, and the fee-block a cryptoasset firm falls into - each quoted from the Handbook annex or the FCA's own fee page with its fee year.
The derivation is the TOTAL and the TREND: first-year cost (application plus the first periodic fee at a stated income) and how each rate has moved across fee years, which the FCA publishes only as separate annexes and rate-movement tables.
